Worth knowing about the bread
Baking instructions Defrost for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Then prove for about 45 minutes in a proving cabinet. Steam-bake for 50 seconds at 220 °C with the spigot closed. Then bake for about 18 minutes at 180 °C. We recommend that you open the spigot during the last 5 minutes of baking time.
