We use strong South Jutland baking traditions in the making of our Yogurt Bread. A rustic cut-and-come-again bread dusted with wheat flour. Decorative slash. Baked with wheat flour. To add extra flavour, we add a sourdough culture and yogurt.

Worth knowing about the bread
Baking instructions Defrost for at least 3 hours at room temperature before baking. Baking time: about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Ingredients: Ingredient: WHEAT FLOUR, water, DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT FLOUR, HALF BOLTED RYE FLOUR, sugar, dried sour dough (WHEAT FLOUR, sour dough culture), 1% YOGURT POWDER, salt added jod, vegetable fat from rape seed, dried yeast, vegetable emulsifier (E 472e), stabiliser (E 412), flour treatment agent (E 300). Topping: Wheat flour. May contain traces of: Sesame.
