Worth knowing about the bread
Baking instructions Thaw at room temperature in packaging for minimum 1 hour. Bake for approx. 5 minutes at 180 °C. Directly from freezer: Not recommended.
Ingredients: Rustic Porridge Rolls with Muesli
Wheat flour (eu), water, whole grain wheat flour, oat meal 11 %, wheat kernels 7 %, linseed 5 %, wheat gluten, canola oil, sunflower seeds 3 %, barley flakes 3 %, iodised salt, dried sour dough (wheat flour, sour dough culture), dry yeast, stabiliser (E 415), rye flour, flour treatment agent (E 300). Sprinkled with sunflower seeds, linseed and barley flakes.

Wheat flour (eu), water, rye flour 12 %, oat meal, sour dough (rye flour 5 %, water), rye kernels 6 %, wheat gluten, chia seeds (salvia hispanica), canola oil, barley malt extract, iodised salt, dry yeast, stabiliser (E 415), flour treatment agent (E 300). Sprinkled with rye flour.
