Gourmet Rye Bread with Carmaque salt

An interesting light, wholemeal rye bread baked with wheat and sifted rye flours. We add a delicious mix of durum and rye grains, linseed, buckwheat, sunflower seeds and Camarque salt. For a tasty crust, we sprinkle the top with Camarque salt.

Baking instructions Defrost in the bag for at least 5 hours at room temperature before baking. Baking time: 15-18 minutes at 180 °C.
