Wonderful, coarse wholemeal rye bread
Ask our bakers, and they’ll tell you that Hercules is one of their favourites. It is baked with Danish rye flour, Kohberg’s sour dough and lots and lots of time – no less than 15 hours. A tasty and satisfying classic for the lunch table or packed lunch.
