The herb lovage combined with salt is an exquisite spice blend for potatoes – the combination gives a wonderful flavour that our bakers have gone to great lengths to achieve when developing the recipe for this rye bread. The rye bread is rich in grains – this ensures a good bite and a moist crumb.

Baking instructions Preparation: Defrost in the bag at room temperature for min. 5 hours. Remove bag before baking. Bake at 180°C for approx. 15-18 minutes. Baking directly from frozen is not recommended.
