Good, traditional rye bread, baked with Danish rye flour and Kohberg’s sour dough. Our bakers soak the grains for several hours before baking, so they are pleasantly soft and keep the bread succulent and fresh for a long while. A classic on the breakfast table, in the packed lunch or for a chilled-out supper.
