Café Burger is a light and airy rustic sandwich bun. We bake it with sourdough, wheat and rye flours, and add juicy whole grain wheat. Pre-sliced to make life easier for you.

Baking instructions Defrost before baking. Baking time: 2-3 minutes at 180 °C. Baking time straight from the freezer: 5-6 minutes at 180 °C. If you wish, you can just thaw and serve.
Ingredients: Ingredient: Wheat flour, water, wheat kernels, sunflower seeds, rye fibres, bolted rye flour, dry yeast, salt added jod, dried sour dough (wheat flour, sour dough culture), vegetable emulsifier (E 472e), stabiliser (E 412). flour treatment agent (amylase, xylanase, E 300). Topping: wheat kernels. May contain traces of sesame.
