Country-style Lunch Bread

A rustic bread with that “home-baked” look. Serve it warm! We bake this lunch speciality with wheat flour and add delicious ingredients, including yoghurt, sifted rye flour, sunflower seeds and linseed. Finally, for added flavour, we sprinkle crushed rye on top.

Baking instructions Defrost for at least 3 hours at room temperature before baking. Baking time: 10-12 minutes at 180 °C.
