Rustic Chia Bread is a high-fibre brown bread. We bake it with rye sourdough and add carefully selected ingredients, including chia and sunflower seeds, linseed, malt and cocoa. Has a characteristic intense, dark flavour.

Baking instructions Defrost for at least 3 hours before baking. Baking time: about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Ingredients: Ingredient: WHEAT FLOUR (eu), water, sunflower seeds, linseed, RYE FLOUR, 3 % chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, vegetable oil (segregated palm oil, rape seed), salt added jod, BARLEY FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, dried yeast, cacao, vegetable emulsifier (E 472e), stabiliser (E 412), flour treatment agent (E 300). Topping: Chia seeds, linseed and sunflower seeds. May contain traces of: Sesame.
