Baking instructions Defrost for at least 3 hours at room temperature before baking. Baking time: about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Ingredients: Ingredient: Wheat flour (eu), water, 7% chopped pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, half bolted rye flour, 2% pumpkin seeds flour, salt added jod, palmoil SG, wheat gluten, dried yeast, sugar, vegetable emulsifier (E 472e), stabiliser (E 412), rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (amylase, xylanase, E 300), sour dough culture. Topping: chopped pumpkin seeds. May contain traces of sesame.
