An Italian-style cut-and-come-again bread. Baked in a stone hearth oven, it is rustic, crusty and airy. We bake it with excellent ingredients, such as wheat and rye flours and wheat sourdough, and add barley malt and linseed.

Worth knowing about the bread
Baking instructions Place the frozen bread on a baking tray. Thaw at room temperature for approx. 30-60 minutes. Bake in a 210°C preheated oven. Exact baking temperature and baking time depends on the oven type. Baking temperature in industrial/multiple hearth furnace: Approx. 185°C. Baking temperature in fan oven: Approx. 175°C. Baking time: Approx. 25 minutes.
Ingredients: Ingredient: Wheat flour, water, wheat sour dough (water, wheat flour), rye flour, barley malt extract, wheat bran, salt added jod, linseeds, baking agent (wheat flour, dextrose, rapeseed oil), yeast. Topping: Wheat flour. May contain traces of: milk, egg, sesame, soya, celery and nuts.
